We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to ensure hockey enthusiasts everywhere can access quality gear. Here’s how we get your order to you:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our gear with the same confidence you have on the ice. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s our straightforward process:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Cups/Supporters (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Composite Blades (if used or removed from packaging)
  • Facemasks/Shields (if removed from original packaging)
  • Any personalized or custom products

These items are exempt from returns to ensure customer safety and product integrity.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Get Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Place the item(s) in the original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our facility:

    Important: Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Returns without this number may experience delays.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We process exchanges once we receive the returned item.
  • If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
  • Standard shipping rates apply to exchanged items.

Defective or Damaged Items
