We ship globally with the exception of Asia and some remote areas. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery Times: The stated delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Hockey Gear World are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Cups/Supporters (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Composite Blades (if used or removed from packaging)
  • Facemasks/Shields (if removed from original packaging)
  • Any personalized or custom products

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging

  6. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We process exchanges once we receive the returned item
  • If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
