Hockey Gear World specializes in high-quality hockey equipment including:

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors and specifications. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate.

Order Process

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we send you a confirmation email.

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Despite our best efforts, occasionally an item may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and either cancel the order or give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Sales Tax

Depending on your location, sales tax may be added to your order. Any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Areas

We ship globally with the exception of Asia and some remote areas. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Hockey Gear World are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• Cups/Supporters (due to hygiene reasons)
• Composite Blades (if used or removed from packaging)
• Facemasks/Shields (if removed from original packaging)
• Any personalized or custom products

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the package to: Hockey Gear World, 1392 Hood Avenue, San Diego, CA 92121 USA
6. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

• We process exchanges once we receive the returned item
• If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
• If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
• Standard shipping rates apply to exchanged items

Defective or Damaged Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Hockey Gear World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
